I guided guests from Hong Kong for three days.
They were both very kind people and I enjoyed myself.
On the first day, we enjoyed Hosshinmon-oji to Hongu Taisha, on the second day, Hayatama Taisha and Kamikura Jinja, and on the last day, Daimonzaka to Nachi waterfall.
Unfortunately, one of the guests hurt her leg on the first day and had to split up on the second day. While walking through the streets of Shingu, the guest was invited by a local to have coffee at her home.
The people of Shingu are especially warm.
The three days passed quickly as we enjoyed the nature and culture of the Kumano Kodo, enjoyed the spectacular view from Kamikura Shrine, and were enchanted by the beautiful cobblestones of Daimonzaka.
